I. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 BeeSwarm Wallet (hereinafter referred to as “BeeSwarm”, “we”, or “the Service”) is a blockchain access tool, accessible via web browser. All persons who access or use this product are considered users (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “user”). 1.2 By creating a wallet, importing an existing wallet, or using any feature of BeeSwarm Wallet, you declare that you have read and fully accepted all terms in this document. If you do not agree, immediately stop using the product. 1.3 By using BeeSwarm Wallet, you confirm that:- You agree to be bound by the most recent version of these Terms;
- You are of legal age to enter into financial obligations in your jurisdiction (minimum 18 years);
- You will use the product exclusively for lawful purposes.
II. What is BeeSwarm Wallet
2.1 BeeSwarm Wallet is a blockchain access tool. It provides an interface for you to manage, send, and receive digital assets, and connect to decentralized applications (dApps). All operations are executed entirely on your device — BeeSwarm does not process, intermediate, or store any data related to your keys or transactions. 2.2 BeeSwarm Wallet is not a brokerage, bank, exchange, or financial institution of any kind. 2.3 Important definitions:- Recovery phrase (Seed): a set of 12 words generated at the time of wallet creation, which represents your access key to your assets. It is displayed only once and is not stored on any server.
- Private key: derived from the recovery phrase, used to sign transactions. Stored only on your device, in encrypted form.
- Wallet password: a password defined by you to encrypt and protect your keys locally. It is not stored by BeeSwarm.
- Digital assets: tokens supported by BeeSwarm Wallet, including assets on the BNB Smart Chain and Ethereum Mainnet networks.
- dApp: a third-party decentralized application to which you can connect your wallet via WalletConnect.
III. Available services
3.1 Wallet creation and import: You can create a new wallet or import an existing wallet through your recovery phrase. This entire process takes place locally on your device. 3.2 Sending and receiving assets: You can transfer and receive supported digital assets directly through your wallet address. Transactions are signed locally and broadcast directly to the blockchain. 3.3 Connection with dApps via WalletConnect: You can connect your wallet to third-party decentralized applications. BeeSwarm acts as a connection interface and has no control over the operation, security, or quality of third-party dApps. 3.4 Signing of messages and transactions: You sign messages and transactions directly on your device, upon your confirmation and password. BeeSwarm provides the interface — the process takes place entirely on the client side, without server intermediation. 3.5 Balance inquiry: BeeSwarm queries public blockchain data and displays it in a user-friendly way. No balance information is stored on our servers — data is read directly from the network. 3.6 BeeSwarm does not provide the following services:- Storage of your password, recovery phrase, or private key on servers;
- Recovery of lost passwords, recovery phrases, or private keys;
- Cancellation or reversal of transactions already broadcast to the blockchain;
- Freezing or blocking of wallets;
- Legal, financial, or investment advice.
IV. User responsibilities
4.1 When creating or importing a wallet, you assume full responsibility for safeguarding your recovery phrase, private key, and password. 4.2 You agree to:- Use BeeSwarm Wallet exclusively for lawful purposes;
- Not use the product for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other purpose prohibited by law;
- Ensure that the assets managed by your wallet are of lawful origin;
- Keep your access data secure and not share it with third parties.
V. Risk disclosures
5.1 Digital assets are inherently volatile and may lose all or part of their value. You should make decisions based on your financial situation and risk appetite. 5.2 BeeSwarm Wallet is a self-custody wallet. This means that only you have access to your keys. If you lose your recovery phrase or password, there is no way to recover them. BeeSwarm does not have access to your data and cannot help you recover your assets. 5.3 Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once sent, a transaction cannot be canceled. Always verify the destination address and amount before confirming any operation. 5.4 When connecting your wallet to third-party dApps via WalletConnect, you assume the risks associated with using these services. BeeSwarm does not guarantee the security, functionality, or legality of any third-party dApp. Carefully read the terms of each dApp before interacting with it. 5.5 Never share your recovery phrase or private key with anyone, including people who claim to be from the BeeSwarm team. BeeSwarm will never request this information. 5.6 We recommend that you:- Write down your recovery phrase on paper and store it in a safe physical location;
- Never take screenshots, save it in photos, emails, digital notes, or cloud services;
- Use the product on secure networks and keep your device protected.
VI. Modification and termination of service
6.1 BeeSwarm may, at any time, modify, temporarily suspend, or terminate part or all of its services, including in the following cases:- Technical maintenance or system updates;
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, etc.);
- Legal or regulatory changes that impact the operation of the product;
- Other circumstances beyond BeeSwarm’s control.
VII. Privacy and data
7.1 BeeSwarm Wallet was designed with privacy in mind. Your recovery phrase, private key, and password are never transmitted or stored on our servers. This data exists only on your device, in encrypted form. 7.2 BeeSwarm collects only aggregated and anonymous data, such as the total number of wallets created or imported, with no link to the identity or address of the user. This data is used exclusively for internal statistical purposes. 7.3 Transaction records are public by the nature of the blockchain and can be consulted by anyone on blockchain explorers. BeeSwarm does not control this visibility. 7.4 When connecting your wallet to third-party dApps, these services may collect additional information according to their own privacy policies. BeeSwarm is not responsible for data collected by third parties.VIII. Protection of minors
8.1 BeeSwarm Wallet is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 years or older, or of the legal age required by the user’s jurisdiction.IX. Disclaimer of liability
9.1 BeeSwarm is responsible only for the obligations expressly described in these Terms. 9.2 BeeSwarm is not responsible for:- Loss of assets resulting from the loss of the recovery phrase, password, or private key;
- Loss of assets resulting from the voluntary or involuntary disclosure of this information to third parties;
- Errors made by the user during transactions, such as incorrect address or wrong amount;
- Failures in third-party dApps connected via WalletConnect;
- Losses resulting from force majeure events, external attacks on the blockchain network, or its instability;
- Investment decisions made based on the use of the product.
X. Intellectual property
10.1 All content of BeeSwarm Wallet, including design, code, texts, and brand, is the property of BeeSwarm and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 10.2 It is forbidden to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use any part of the product without express written authorization.XI. General provisions
11.1 You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using BeeSwarm Wallet. 11.2 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. 11.3 For questions, issues, or requests related to these Terms, contact us by email: [email protected].
