# Fees and Rewards

Each automation charges a **5%** fee on the amount purchased in USDT. The distribution varies depending on the scenario:

| Situation | To the Queen | To the Hive |

| Queen's automation | — | 5% |
| Worker's automation (active Queen) | 2% | 3% |
| Worker's automation (inactive Queen) | — | 5% |
| Sub-Queen's automation (active mother Queen) | 2% | 3% |
| Sub-Queen's automation (inactive mother Queen) | — | 5% |

Everything happens in a single transaction: the BEE purchase for the bee + the fee portions — with no separate steps.
